Keezhanelli (Phyllanthus niruri) is a small herb that pops up after the rains. Its Tamil name means ‘gooseberry below’, because tiny green fruits hang neatly beneath its leaves, like a miniature amla tree.

Siddha and Ayurveda have long valued it for liver and digestive wellness. Our tea is made from the whole dried herb, packed in dip bags.

How to Use It

To brew: Steep one dip bag in a cup (about 150 ml) of freshly boiled water for 5 to 7 minutes. Add a little honey or palm jaggery if you like. Enjoy one cup a day.

Storage: Keep in an airtight container, away from heat, light and moisture.
