How to Use It

Herbal steam: Add 1 teaspoon to a bowl of steaming water, cover your head with a towel and breathe in the aroma.

Herbal bath: Simmer 2 teaspoons in a litre of water for 10 minutes and add to your bath water.

Storage: Keep in an airtight container, away from heat, light and moisture. Use a dry spoon.

For external use. Do a patch test on your inner arm before first use and keep away from the eyes. Not for internal use. Do not use near the face of infants or young children.
