How to Use It

Traditional kashayam: Simmer ½ teaspoon with a pinch of black pepper in 1½ cups of water until reduced to about 1 cup. Strain and sweeten with palm jaggery or honey.

Everyday glass: Stir ¼ to ½ teaspoon into a glass of warm water once a day.

Storage: Keep in an airtight container, away from heat, light and moisture. Use a dry spoon.
