The Siddha tradition values nochi for mobility and flexibility. Tamil homes have long used it in warm leaf compresses, herbal steam and bath water, and as an occasional decoction. Our powder is made from the leaves alone.

How to Use It

Herbal bath: Simmer 2 teaspoons in a litre of water for 10 minutes, then add to your bath water.

Herbal steam: Add 1 teaspoon to a bowl of steaming water and breathe in the aroma.

Warm cup: Simmer ¼ teaspoon in 1½ cups of water for 5 minutes and strain.
