The marutham tree (Terminalia arjuna) grows tall along rivers and streams, its smooth, pale bark peeling away in thin layers. In Sanskrit it carries the name of Arjuna, the great archer of the Mahabharata.

How to Use It
To brew: Steep one dip bag in a cup (about 150 ml) of freshly boiled water for 7 to 10 minutes. Add a little honey or palm jaggery if you like. Enjoy one cup a day.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container, away from heat, light and moisture.
