Kadukkai (Terminalia chebula), known as Haritaki in Sanskrit and harad in Hindi, is a wrinkled, olive-sized fruit from a tall forest tree. It is the first of the three fruits in triphala.

Siddha and Ayurveda hold kadukkai in especially high regard, valuing it for digestive and gut wellness as part of a daily routine. We use the dried fruit, ground into a fine powder.
